How Images Gets Store

Image is data but how can we set an image into binary form. So to understand this first of all lets understand how a grayscale image works.

On our screen whether it is of TV or computer we have pixels and the full screen is a combination of pixels. Pixels are arranged in rectangular pattern and these pixels can change their colours and intensity of brightness using which a picture is formed.

So now what data is required for an image suppose there are 400 pixels present on the screen. Then for each each pixel we need how much illuminate it should be in case of grayscale image. That illumination digit we will save in disk for each and every pixel. For colour image each pixel has hexadecimal RGB(Red Green Blue) code that need to be save into binary into disk.
